Yeah,He's a poster-child for why we need PCSOT tests. Internet-sting child-solicitation offender turns out to be life-long offender and has a multitude of forced sexual assaults against adults.
I found the case very interesting as a whole.
20 polygraphs later and the test still works, and we're still getting important information.
I'm somewhat impressed with how cooperative he is while lying. The data is rather nice and pretty - just deceptive.
He's really not that resentful anymore, as he's got a really good team that he knows is interested in his well-being (secondary to community safety, of course). His PO has him tested ever four months lately because he usually does better with the shorter time period.
He and and his team also know that he really is somewhat healthier and more successful than in the past. He's still got plenty of work to do, and his admissions reflect behavior that is in all likelihood not accidental.
He's in a highly structured program in which he's not permitted to go anywhere alone, and lives with other members of his treatment group. He's also required to plan every activity (including getting gas and groceries) a week in advance, and to call his treatment program and supervision staff whenever he changes locations in the community. His program has community supervision staff make random contact with him during the week, whether working working or shopping (I picture the old Flinstones episode where Fred joins Food Anonymous and they follow him around and won't let him eat anything.)
